About this CD

While reading the book 'Dreaming with God' by Bill Johnson I heard the Holy Spirit speak to me about making a CD which carried a healing anointing using a combination of musical sounds and verses from the Bible about healing. The verses from the Bible should, if possible, be in everyday language and personalised. This builds faith because 'faith comes by hearing the NOW word of God'. To many musicians and singers this would be a relatively easy task, but to me it was impossible. I have no natural musical talent; I cannot sing in tune, read music, write lyrics or play a musical instrument.

One Friday morning in August 2009 I was woken up by my wife at 6.00am. She was vigorously shaking me and with great concern was asking me 'What's the matter'? I could not immediately answer her, but after about five minutes of not being able to speak I managed to say 'It's the praise and worship'. I had been weeping in my sleep since 5.30am and after half an hour my wife decided something was wrong and so woke me up. I was still weeping when I woke up, which is why I could not immediately speak. The heavenly praise and worship that I had experienced was indescribable and from that experience the words of a song were given to me - 'Just One Touch From Jesus'. These words were given to the Director of a Healing Room we were going to visit that day. I apologised to him because I could not sing the words to him.

When I arrived home I gave the words to Albie Harrup and asked him to write the tune I had heard when I had that heavenly experience. That is what he did and so the seeds of this CD were born. By linking with others in the Body of Christ and being dependent upon them, the impossible is made possible.
